How To Lose Weight Quickly – 3 Keys

If you are trying to lose weight quickly, it is important that you do it safely.  Here are 3 tips that will help you start dropping pounds quickly.

  1. DO NOT Drink Your Calories – The main thing that you should fast weight lossbe drinking is water, PERIOD!  Not vitamin water, not life water, just plain, purified water.  I say purified because the amount of chemicals in tap water are mind blowing.  CLICK HERE to check out some water purifiers.  *IMPORTANT* – I know that you may be focusing on just calories, and therefor think that diet soda is OK.  NO!  There is so much junk in diet soda, so STAY AWAY FROM IT!  If you want to drink something other than water, stick with organic green tea.  Add a little honey to make it taste a little better.
  2. Anything is Better Than Nothing – People ask me all of the time what the best exercise they can do is.  My simple answer is the one that you will do.  If you will only walk, walk!  If you want to do P90X, Bring It!  If you like cardio kickboxing, so Les Mills Combat.  If you are serious about losing weight quickly, I highly suggest The 21 Day Fix.  Here is a quick video on it.

Stop Eating Junk – There is so much confusion out there about what to eat and what not to eat.  Don’t let it overwhelm you.  I’ll keep it simple.  If it’s fried or canned, avoid it.  Eat fruits and vegetables, whole wheat and whole grain and lean meats.  It really is not as complicated as people try to make it.
